I was pleasantly surprised to see that one of the "new girls" laid her first egg today. I was hoping one of them would be a blue egg layer.
I realize my photo doesn't do it justice. I am unable at this point in my life to allow myself the luxury of experimenting with photography.

That is so cool, I didn't know you had chickens. My sister raises some, and loves it! It is so neat doing things like that.
